“I have stayed with my friends, we were 4 people in total and all were very pleased with our stay. The location was good with being close to two tram lines and a bus stop that we could go to the center with ease. The staff was super friendly and made everything smooth. It would be a nice addition to have at least one-use slippers and small additions like toothpaste, shampoo-conditioner etc. as some people in our group forgot those little things xD but did not affect our experience much :)”

“We stayed for 2 nights in 3 separate studio apartments. Very well located with transport links into the city. Clean rooms and sound proofed. Staff so friendly went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Would recommend this accommodation and we will be back!”

“I wish my trip was longer just because the stay was so good and comfortable. Cityden is fully equiped with a mini market, the restaurant has amazing breakfast options, and there are many transportation options nearby. We had a place to park our car and have picnics on the park in front of the hotel. The rooms are great and also fully equiped with microwave, heater, comfy beds and a beautiful view of the city. The staff was very helpful and incredibly nice, with a special nod to Leandro who's portuguese and helped us checking in and parking. Would definitely come back on my next visit to the city!”

“The room was large and very comfortable. It had a nice kitchen ready to use the only thing missing was salt. The bathroom was great with excellent water pressure. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay; there’s a gym and laundry at a good price, and they changed my towels daily. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the location is perfect since it’s close to everything. ​The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they don't clean the room at all during the stay. I understand they operate like an Airbnb, but if they market it as a hotel, they should provide cleaning at least once in the middle of the stay. Still, 100% recommended!”

“We stayed 4 nights and we appreciated very much the place. It s very calm, silent and clean; there's anything you need for a holiday. The guys are helpful and very kind. The price is quite fair The tram to the centre is in front of the Cityden and in 15 minutes you get to the principal museums. The Central Station is just 20 minutes by bus. We saw marvellous sunsets from our 8th flat apartment”

“Everything went well. The appartment was large and comfortanble. two large bathrooms. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Location is just perfect close to public transportations. Fitness room and restaurant inside the building. One remark: For 6 nights, we would have loved to have the cleaning service at least once during our stay.”
